Return Policies

1. Right to Return
Customers have the right to return products in the following cases:

  • Change of mind: As provided by the Consumer Protection Code, customers have up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt to withdraw from the purchase.

  • Manufacturing defects: Products that present damage or quality issues.

  • Order errors: Products that do not match the order placed.

  • Damage during transportation: Products that arrive damaged due to shipping.
     

2. Return Request Deadline

  • Change of mind: 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product.

  • Defects or issues: 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving the product.
     

3. Conditions for Return

  • The product must be in the same condition in which it was sent, with no signs of use, damage, or alterations.

  • The original packaging must be intact and include all accessories and manuals, when applicable.

  • Presentation of the invoice or proof of purchase is required.
     

4. Return Process

Request:
The customer must contact our team via email at copattiagroindustrial@hotmail.com
or by phone at +55 (49) 3563-3093, informing the reason for the return and providing the order details.

 

Review:
Our team will evaluate the request and may ask for photos or additional information to verify the issue.

 

Approval:
If the return is approved, the customer will be informed of the next steps.

 

Product shipment:
The customer must send the product to our address according to the instructions provided by our team.

 

Refund or exchange:
After analyzing the received product, we will proceed with a refund or an exchange, as applicable.

 

5. Shipping Costs

  • Defects, order errors, or transport damage: Return shipping costs will be covered by Copatti Agroindustrial.

  • Return due to change of mind: Shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
     

6. Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or requests made outside the allowed timeframe.

  • Custom-made or personalized products that cannot be resold.
     

7. Wood Product Returns
As wood is a natural product, small variations in color, texture, or grain are not considered defects.

In cases of structural defects or issues that compromise functionality, returns will be handled according to the conditions outlined above.
 

8. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 (ten) business days after approval of the request and receipt of the product.

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase. In the case of bank slip (boleto) payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer (the customer must provide bank account details).
