Purchases of fewer than 10 units:
 

• If the product falls within the size and weight limits accepted by the postal service, shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout.

• If not, our team will contact the customer to inform the shipping cost and available transportation options.

Standard shipping (up to 10 units):
The average delivery time is 5 to 15 business days, depending on the region.
 

Special shipping (wood products or more than 10 units):
Delivery time may range from 7 to 20 business days, depending on the location and carrier.
 

Custom-made products:
For made-to-order products, the manufacturing timeframe will be informed at the time of purchase, and the delivery date will be calculated from order completion.
 

4. Order Tracking
After payment and shipping confirmation, the customer will receive a tracking code to follow the order status.

In case of delays, our team will contact the customer to provide updates and seek solutions.
 

5. Special Conditions for Wood Products
Due to their size and specific characteristics, all wood orders will undergo a transportation feasibility analysis.

Shipping costs will always be calculated after purchase, and the delivery timeframe will be informed according to carrier availability.
