Exchange Policies
1. Right to Exchange
Customers are entitled to request an exchange in the following cases:

Manufacturing defects: Products that show damage or quality issues.

Order errors: Products that do not match the order placed.

Damage during transportation: Products that arrive damaged due to shipping.
2. Exchange Request Deadline
The customer must request an exchange within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product.
In cases of non-visible defects, the request deadline is 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt.
3. Conditions for Exchange

The product must be in the same condition in which it was sent, with no signs of use, damage, or alterations.

The original packaging must be intact and include all accessories and manuals, when applicable.

Presentation of the invoice or proof of purchase is required.
4. Exchange Process
Request:
The customer must contact our team via email at copattiagroindustrial@hotmail.com
or by phone at +55 (49) 3563-3093, informing the reason for the exchange and providing the order details.
Review:
Our team will evaluate the request and may ask for photos or additional information to verify the issue.
Approval:
If the exchange is approved, the customer will be informed of the next steps.
Product shipment:
The customer must send the product to our address according to the instructions provided by our team.
Exchange or repair:
After analyzing the received product, we will proceed with an exchange for a new item or perform a repair, as applicable.
5. Shipping Costs

Defects, order errors, or transport damage: Shipping costs for the exchange will be covered by Copatti Agroindustrial.

Exchange due to change of mind: Shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Products Not Eligible for Exchange

Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or requests made outside the allowed timeframe.

Custom-made or personalized products that cannot be resold.
7. Wood Product Exchanges
As wood is a natural product, small variations in color, texture, or grain are not considered defects.
In cases of structural defects or issues that compromise functionality, the exchange will be carried out according to the conditions outlined above.
8. Refunds
If an exchange is not possible (due to lack of stock or other reasons), the customer may choose to receive a refund of the amount paid.
Refunds will be processed within 10 (ten) business days after approval of the request.
